Refund policy

Order Cancellation Policy: Once you submit an order, your credit or debit card will be charged immediately. We process orders quickly, so once submitted, they cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Return Policy: All sales on discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged.

For health and safety reasons, satisfaction returns are not accepted. We do not accept returns on items that pose a health risk or have come into contact with skin or bodily fluids. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and non-resellable. This policy applies to:

• Male masturbators
• Any item inserted into the mouth, penis, vagina, or anus

We also do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.

If your item is eligible for return, it must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We offer exchanges on defective items within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, you may need to contact the product manufacturer regarding a replacement.
